We ship via Fedex Ground and USPS from our office in Northern California. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $3.99 to the lower 48 states. Free shipping is available for all orders over $100. We also offer expedited shipping services with Fedex 2nd day air at affordable rates. Tracking #'s are provided via email.
We do ship internationally via USPS Priority mail. All duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. International packages usually arrive within 7-10 business days but can take up to 30 days.
Woodums.com products are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Woodums.com will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.
Woodums.com cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.
Woodums.com is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.
If a package is returned to Woodums.com after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.
Estimated shipping times do not include production time. We produce every order as you place it. Please allow 1-14 days for production time.
