I absolutely love my Name

I absolutely love my Name Frame. When it was delivered it had been packaged wrong. There was no plastic covering my frame. There were scratches all over it and the paint had melted and was stuck to the box. When I pulled the box apart from the frame, the frame was damaged. I immediately called Woodums. They were very friendly and asked for me to send pictures of the damage. I sent them as soon as I hung up. I received an email from them within 5 minutes. I have another one on its way. Thank you for the great service.
